Shinhiroshima Telecasting CO., LTD.(TSS-TV CO.,LTD.)is a commercial broadcasting station located in Hiroshima City, Hiroshima Prefecture. It opened in October 1975. In 2025, the station will celebrate its 50th anniversary.
The station delivers attractive programs that are closely related to the local community, from documentaries and informational programs to variety shows, with new ideas and perspectives.
In recent years, TSS-TV has produced several noteworthy international documentaries in collaboration with the Japan Broadcasting Program International Communication Center (JAMCO).
As a broadcasting station in Hiroshima, an international cultural and peace city, TSS-TV is implementing the "Hiroshima Peace Program TSS Archive Project," adding English subtitles to peace-related programs produced by the station and distributing them worldwide.
The station releases award-winning works and collaborates with university students from Japan and the United States to translate videos into English and share information worldwide.
