Set in a near-future Japan, a new drug dubbed DOPE, is rampant on the streets and shrouded in secrecy. Rookie narcotics officer Saiki, suddenly gets transferred to a special investigation unit whose existence is not known to the public. He meets his new partner Jinnai, his mentor, but the two couldn’t be more different - and it shows. Saiki, the serious one, believes in rehabilitating criminals, while Jinnai takes a looser, unconventional approach. Along with their quirky team, the two take on the country’s new drug epidemic in this narcotics action-adventure.

A man and a woman. After seven years of marriage and painfully failed attempts to have a boby, love has faded away. No conversation, no sex. They are married because they have not divorced yet.
The husband has been sleeping with a teenager whom he forces to have an abortion. Cornered by his wife over his betrayal, long-lost passion is reignited inside the husband who breaks down in tears and begs for forgiveness. He sends his lover a text to say it's all over.
The wife soon gets pregnant. Things seem to have gone back to normal, until one evening the young mistress knocks on the door. Infuriated by the sight of the wife's belly, the kid grabs a knife. The desperate couple strangles her to death.
Now they are inseparable, bonded by their feelings of guilt and their desire to protect their future family.
Then the husband receives another visitor.

Time Limit Investigator 2019 is a drama about “a criminal who managed to escape” versus “an investigator who conducts investigations as his hobby. “ Now that there is no statute of limitations for murder anymore, his only ambition is to prove that his reasoning is correct. Surreal and pop, with laid-back characters, this is a mystery drama that makes one feel relaxed and at peace.

Shiho was a neurological surgeon who decided to resign after hallucinating during an operation. But the director of the Toko University Hospital, held Shiho in high regard, and invited her to the Analysis and Diagnostics Department as a diagnostician, to identify and determine the etiology of diseases that doctors have not been able to explain. Shiho has an upright personality and a strong sense of justice, with an even strong desire to save patients. This sometimes causes her to flare up. She joins the all-female motley crew of physicians in the Analysis and Diagnostics Department, working together and occasionally bumping heads, to solve the mystery of the unexplained diseases.
