Blind FBI Special Agent Hiromi (Masaharu Fukuyama) comes to the Metropolitan Police Department as an exchange trainee. Known as the “Last Man,” he is the ultimate closer who never leaves a case unsolved. Together with Shintaro (Yo Oizumi) of the Metropolitan Police Department's Investigation Division, he solves numerous difficult cases and they become unbeatable buddies. When the two take on a case involving a past relationship, they learn the shocking truth that they are each other's real brothers. The two were bonded even more deeply, but Minami returned to the U.S. at the end of his training.
Two years later, Minami visits Japan again, and at his request, Shintaro goes to Hokkaido to work on a case. There they meet Minami's first love. In order to protect her from a mysterious organization, the invincible buddy’s team up again with a joint team from the FBI, CIA, and Hokkaido police to take on the case, but there is a conspiracy that could shake the world...
